| 1. Prepare students to enter chemical engineering practice at the entry level postion |
| 2. Prepare students to enter engineering graduate school in chemical engineering and in fields closely related to chemical (EE, BE, BME, MSE) |
| 3. Broadly prepare students for success in careers like medicine, entrepreneurship, or law |
| 4. Provide a foundation for students to gain an appreciation of environmental issues and expose them to solving environmental problems |
